Optimum Line 

All Optimum models are built upon the unique CarbonCore construction, the ideal choice for all home styles and all weather conditions. Carbon fibre is extremely light and firm, not to mention several times stronger than steel.  

Compared to traditional aluminium designs, CarbonCore construction reduces warping of the door leaf by 50%, making all models in the entry-level Optimum line the best in their class yet still affordable, with an enviably long lifespan.  

The Optimum line gives you the choice between CarbonCore Level and Soft, which differ in their thickness and flushness. Both are distinguished by incredible thermal insulation. As stock features, both achieve 0.83 W/m²K, and with extra insulation up to 0.75 W/m²K. 

Hidden hinges are important for aesthetics and security in CarbonCore models, and come as a recommended upgrade for Optimum doors. The elegant black finish and line flush with the door highlight the door’s robust appearance and durability, with the hidden hinges also providing the function of the security clip.  

Pirnar handles are developed in-house and are partially finished by hand. The Optimum collection offers round and rectangular handles, optionally with SmartLux lighting, as well as the award-winning, customisable LabeLux handle.

In the Optimum collection, the round internal handle 6039 is included as standard. Optionally, the exclusive Eleganza model, as well as internal handles 6022 and 6055, are available.

The Eleganza handle features an innovative mechanism, ergonomic shape, and clean lines. It can optionally be customised in the NERO or MARINE EDITION – in elegant black or maritime metal grey.

NERO and MARINE EDITION are accessory collections in elegant black or maritime metal grey, optionally available for the Optimum collection. The high-quality powder coating provides reliable protection against corrosion. The MARINE EDITION is ideal for coastal regions.

SmartLux enables atmospheric ambient lighting on handles, thresholds, and nameplates. It is available as an optional lighting package in the Optimum collection. Brightness, light colour, and timing can be conveniently adjusted via the Pirnar app.

The Optimum collection offers a wide range of glazing as standard: clear glass, white Satinato, and clear glass with a motif. Satinato with a motif is also available as an option. Decorative glass from the Pirnar glassworks adds additional elegance to the entrance.

The Optimum range includes 12 matte ALU colours as standard. Optional wood decors, concrete and Corten imitations, as well as high-quality fine-texture finishes are available, which are particularly durable and scratch-resistant.

The Optimum collection comes as standard with the mechanical ARMO lock. Motorised motor locks are available as an option, allowing opening via fingerprint or keypad. ARMO Comfort Electro also offers a convenient day/night function.

The smart SecuroSmart system in the Pirnar app offers extensive functions for convenient and secure door operation. Doors can also be easily opened and managed remotely – available when equipped with fingerprint or keypad access.

Unlocking via fingerprint provides high security and especially convenient access for the whole family. Alternatively, the modern keypad enables opening via PIN code or RFID card. Both systems are available as an upgrade in the Optimum collection.

The RC2 package is included as standard for single-leaf doors with a closed door leaf up to 1250 × 2400 mm without top or side panels. For doors with glass, side panels, transoms, or separate glazing, RC2 is available as an option.

Models in the Optimum collection offer excellent thermal insulation: as standard, they achieve a Ud value of 0.83 W/m²K. With additional insulation in the CarbonCore profile, this value can be reduced to 0.75 W/m²K – the lower the value, the more energy-efficient the door.

SoundCore provides effective sound insulation of up to 43 dB – ideal for quiet living in urban environments. In combination with the WeatherSeal magnetic seal, interior noise is reduced many times compared to conventional doors. Available as an upgrade in the Optimum collection.

The Optimum collection comes with WeatherSeal as standard. Optionally, Magnet WeatherSeal provides maximum airtightness (Class 9A): tested up to 600 Pa – six times more than conventional doors.
